Women's leadership, team building, types and kinds of conflict, negotiation process - these were the main issues considered at a two-day training at the secondary school № 4 in the town of Khoni, which was attended by girls IDPs. The training showed that considered issues were of interest to the youth. Some participants were interested in the topic of leadership, the others considered that more important was work on the conflict and then a negotiation process. Girls are satisfied by the passed training and think that the training gives them an opportunity to get rid of any complexes, to freely express their thoughts and freely engage in discussions.
