1. After the training they have ambition to actively engage in policy (NED)

- These were busy days, but not tiring - these words belong to one of the participants of the training. The training was held in Kobuleti by the initiative of the fund “Sukhumi” in city. It was attended by women from all four regions of Western Georgia. Among the participants were representatives of local government, members of the Club of Women Voters, journalists, and representatives of different political parties. Based on the topic of training, the participants reviewed the political situation in Georgia with a gender perspective. They considered the law on elections to local self-government, acquainted with the basic principles of relations with Mass Media, methods of conduction of pre-election campaign. Among the participants of the training were identified new faces. They already have ambition to be more actively involved in political life and participate in future elections to local self-government.
