To improve the educational level of young women in conflict, trainers of Fund “Sukhumi” conducted two-day training on conflictology with the young girls at a Music school in Senaki. Local girl and IDPs from Abkhazia actively participated in the consideration of each topic. In their opinion, leader - is the one who can choose the right team and achieve unity. They believe that every person has a charge of leadership, but in order to activate this charge we need certain efforts and appropriate atmosphere. - Often, the mentality and stereotypes impede women’s advancement but we should try to overcome these barriers through our activity, - say girls. Young women talked about what kind of team they would create to achieve their goal. The topic of negotiations was considered in an interesting way too. The girls have actively conducted negotiations and finally focused on the basic skills of effective negotiation. The training helped the women understand the role of women in the process of conflict resolution and think on their own capabilities in this direction.
