In December lawyer of Fund "Sukhumi” conducted three meetings in Women’s Support Centres. Participants of the meeting were women IDPs, students, and pupils from different schools. In lawyer’s words, participants of the meeting were interested by the issues regarding the process of housing of IDPs. Besides participants were also concerned of such issues as: - Adoption of Georgian citizenship; - Conditions and rules of marriage; - Issue of division of property in case of divorce; - Convention on the Rights of the Child; - Responsibilities of an adolescent to their parents and teachers; - Conditions of granting pension in case of the death of a breadwinner. Participants expressed gratitude and mentioned that legal consultations they were rendered to would help them in solution of many problems. |
