The last day of the 16-day campaign was celebrated by Fund "Sukhumi” in a large scale. Simultaneously in eight cities of Western Georgia (Kutaisi, Tskhaltubo, Khoni, Samtredia, Vani, Batumi, Ozurgeti, Senaki) there were held round tables on the topic – "Violence against women – social problem”. |
In the musical school of Senaki there was organized Round table of Fund "Sukhumi”. Participants of the meeting – lawyers, directors, teachers, parents, pupils discussed aspects of violence in different context. During the discussion there were defined basic reasons considered as factors causing violence. Afterwards participants elaborated mechanisms for struggle against these reasons. |
Lawyers, teacher, parents gathered at the Round table organized in the school # 4 of Ozurgeti. They actively discussed the topic of violence against women. It was the third meeting organized in Ozurgeti by Fund "Sukhumi” within the framework of the international campaign. Let’s struggle against violence together – this was the common mood of the Round table participants. |
"Violence against women – social problem” – participants of the Round table held in the WSC of Khoni joined the campaign with this topic. Participants of the meeting consider it necessary that every family, society and State should work in coordination to eliminate the problem of violence.
