Cultural-Humanitarian Fund "Sukhumi”

A training with the youth’s group held in Bolnisi (Eastern Georgia) was organized by Fund “Sukhumi” and partner women’s organization OWEN (Germany).  

The topic of the training was “History, memories, peace” was successfully explained by the international trainers’ team of the OMNIBUS 1325 network. For the first time trainers’ team worked together during two days in quite a difficult situation with the multinational youth from Georgian, Azerbaijani and Armenian communities.

For fund “Sukhumi” it is not only the experience in organizing multinational training, but also good contacts for the future development of joint activities. Local youth listened to the information about the work of the youth in Western Georgia with great interest and expressed wish for meeting with them.

One of the goals of OMNIBUS 1325 is the development of further relations and mutual work.
