In order to avoid war, everyone despite gender should try to contribute to the process of peacebuilding”, - said Eliso Giorbelidze at the training on conflictology held by Fund “Sukhumi” on the 24-25 of September in Vani, in the collective centre “Argo”. The training helped participants understand the role women in the process of conflict resolution and think over own possibilities in this direction. They convinced of the fact that gender is not the sign of leadership and that they not less than men are able to show leader qualities. Young women IDP actively discussed the issue of team selection. In their opinion woman can be an ideal leader and can create ideal team. - We should show special activeness in peacebuilding and raise voice against violence.
