On the 30th of September in the Women’s Support Centre there was held a Master-class on the cookery. In the Master-class participated women and young women living in different collective centres of Kutaisi. Under the direction of Tamari Gelashvili was cooked a cake “Ideal”. Tamar explained participants how to cook the cake in stages. She told them in details which household equipment and which ingredients they needed in this situation.
It should be noted that in the cooking were engaged the participants who wanted to try their forces. The process of cooking took 55 minutes. At the end everyone tasted the cake cooked by joint efforts. They mentioned that such Master-classes are necessary as for the experienced housewives as well as for the beginners.
